Our Mission

Empowering Hispanic Entrepreneurs

For 25 years, the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FSHCC) has been a leading advocate for the economic empowerment and growth of Hispanic entrepreneurs. Representing more than 604,000 Hispanic-owned businesses across Florida, we work to elevate and support this vital community.

Together, these businesses contribute over $90 billion to the state’s economy annually, driving innovation, job creation, and sustainable growth. We remain committed to advancing opportunities for Hispanic business leaders, ensuring their voices are heard, and helping them thrive in an ever-changing marketplace.

WHAT WE DO

Three Pillars of Impact

Business Community

We represent a vibrant and diverse network of Hispanic businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals across Florida. We unite Hispanic-owned businesses, organizations with Hispanic workforces, and those that cater to Hispanic consumers — fostering collaboration, growth, and opportunity.

Policy & Advocacy

We are dedicated advocates utilizing legislative, social, political, and public advocacy to drive positive change. With deep engagement in the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of state government, we advocate for policies that support the growth and sustainability of Hispanic-owned businesses.

Access Florida Capital

Launched in 2008, our Access Florida Capital program connects Hispanic entrepreneurs with trusted partners, lenders, and financial experts. From small business loans to venture capital, we ensure Hispanic business owners have access to the capital and resources needed to drive success.
